1. Where are your products printed and shipped from?
All of our products are print-on-demand, meaning they are made specifically for you as soon as you place your order. Each item is printed and shipped from Melbourne, Australia.

2. What is print-on-demand?
Print-on-demand means that our products are created only when an order is placed. This process allows us to reduce waste and produce items tailored to each customer. Once your order is confirmed, it goes into production, and then it’s shipped straight to your door.

3. How long does shipping take?
Estimated shipping times vary depending on your location within Australia:

  • Metro areas: 8–15 business days
  • Non-metro areas: 8–20 business days

Please note that these times are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary slightly based on postal service factors.

4. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment.

5. Can I return or exchange my item?
Since each product is custom printed, we are only able to accept returns or exchanges if the item arrives damaged or there was an issue with printing. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item, and we’ll be happy to help.

6. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Australia.
